| Using standard and posteromedial portals, the torn PCL stump is identified and grasped with FiberTape using a suture shuttle. A trans-tibial tunnel is drilled to the anatomic footprint. The ligament is pulled down to the posterior tibial plateau and securely fixed over an anterolateral cortical button. |
